Connie Maswanganyi is a Registered Physiotherapist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as well as the South African Society of Physiotherapy. Connie graduated from the Medical University of South Africa in 1986 with a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BSc in Physiotherapy )
She started working at various government hospitals where she gained more experience working in the paediatrics, orthopaedics,neurology, medical and surgical units including ICU. She moved on to work many years at various organisations for physically challenged children focusing on rehabilitation. In 1991 she was Manager in a rehabilitation centre in Pietermaritzburg.(KZN). She started her private practice in 2001.
Over the years she has attended many courses to up skill herself including Neurodevelopmental Therapy (specialising in Cerebral Palsy Children) .Connie is passionate about staying up to date with the latest evidence-based treatment and is skilled in the management of various conditions in orthopaedics, neuro, surgery and respiratory conditions .She has a keen interest and focus on paediatrics ( chest ,blocked nose) orthopaedic, sports and neurology rehabilitation, RAF and COVID cases.
Currently she is the Head Physiotherapist at BC Maswanganyi Physiotherapy Inc based in Centurion at Bluvally Mall and Raslouw wellness centre
